India Clinches Victory Against Australia in a Thrilling Match

In a thrilling encounter, India needed three runs off the last ball to secure a win against Australia. Rinku played a dot ball, and on the next delivery, managed to score one run. However, Akshar Patel got out on the third ball. Ravi Bishnoi came in next, attempting to score a run on the fourth ball but got out in the process. India needed two runs off the last two balls. On the fifth ball, Rinku Singh played a leg-side shot and sprinted for a run. He completed one run, but unfortunately, Harshdeep Singh got run out while attempting the second run.

With one run needed on the last ball, Rinku Singh was on strike. If he had gotten out or failed to score, the match would have gone into a Super Over, but that didn’t happen. Rinku Singh smashed a six off Sean Abbott’s delivery. Unfortunately, the run wasn’t added to Rinku’s score as Abbott’s foot was outside the crease, resulting in a no-ball. Consequently, instead of a six, one run was added to India’s total, and Team India won the match with one ball to spare. Rinku Singh remained unbeaten with 22 runs off 14 balls.
